About the Founder of Smith Socials Marketing Agency
My name is Olivia Smith, and I am the founder of Smith Socials, a digital and social media marketing agency that helps businesses grow through compelling content, consistent branding, and community engagement. With a deep-rooted passion for creativity and helping others succeed in the business world, I pursued a Marketing degree with a minor in Public Relations/Advertising at The University of Alabama and was an intern at a local marketing agency for nearly a year. After graduating in December of 2023, I launched Smith Socials to provide tailored, strategy-driven marketing solutions.
In May 2025, I completed my Master’s degree in Digital and Social Media Marketing at The University of Alabama, further sharpening my ability to deliver innovative and impactful marketing strategies. Through Smith Socials, I work closely with businesses of all sizes to strengthen their digital presence and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. My mission is to help each client grow their online footprint and foster a loyal customer base, always with a personalized and results-oriented approach.

Do you have packages to choose from with your marketing services?
Yes! Our three different packages are specific to social media management and content creation (two of our most common services). Since every client differs when it comes to their needs and budget, we handle all other services like paid digital advertising, website design, and brand development (for example: logo design) seperately from packages.
How will I know if my business is performing well online?
Smith Socials’ main priority is to keep you in the loop throughout the entire digital and social media process. In order to perform our services, we will need access to your business’s social media accounts, but there is no need to worry; you will still have access to your social media accounts too. After finalizing our short/long-term plans and strategies for your brand, we will complete our tasks and deliver an end-of-the-month report once we gather all of the results.
